| Two very simple recipes for
the two most popular types of oven, traditional and hot air.
For the normal oven: pre-heat the oven to approximately
250°C, season both the inner and outer parts of the Gallettos
with salt and herbs.
Place the Gallettos on a baking sheet and transfer to the
oven. Towards the end of the cooking time, after about 45-50
minutes, sprinkle with a little lemon juice.
For the hot air oven: pre-heat the oven to approximately
250°C, open the Gallettos in half or use the Grill Gallettos
which are already split and season with salt and herbs on
both sides.
Place them in the middle of the oven. Put a dripping pan
or baking sheet with a drop of water on the bottom of the
oven to collect the juices. Towards the end of the cooking
time sprinkle with a little lemon juice.
A crispy, tasty and very light dish.
Remember that cooking times vary from oven to oven.
