Remember the important general hygiene rule not to handle cooked
and raw foods at the same time. Therefore, after having prepared
the Galletto and before moving on to the salad for example, wash
your hands, the knife and plate you've used.
The Vallespluga Galletto is prepared as carefully as possible in
the factory.
However we cannot rule out the possibility of a few stray feathers.
You can therefore hold the Galletto quickly over a flame to burn
the residue and then rinse it with cold water.
