The Galletto must be kept in an appropriate part of a fridge, in
a meat compartment if available.
Check the expiry date stamped on the packaging.
If you wish to keep it in the fridge for a few days, we advise you
to remove the wrapping to preserve it as long as possible.
Should you wish to consume the product at a later date, put it in
the freezer with at least
3 stars (***). However, don't store it for a long time. Freezing
does not mean that you can keep the product for an extended period.
(We suggest no longer than 2 months.)
