  • 1 Galletto Valle Spluga
  • 1 lt. of Barbera wine or Bonarda wine
  • cloves
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 vanilla bean
  • oil
  • salt and pepper

Description
