Galletto Vallespluga con salsa di aceto balsamico e miele di castagno

Ingredients


•2 Galletto Vallespluga
•1 onion
•2 tbs honey
•1 tbs balsamic vinegar
•Oil
•½ glass red wine
•2 sage leaves
•Rosemary
•Salt, pepper

Description


Cut every Galletto in 2 parts. In a saucepan cook the Galletto with chopped onion in oil for 4-7 minutes on each side. Add salt and pepper. Put in red wine until evaporated, then cover and let cook for 30 minutes. Remove the Galletto and add vinegar, honey, rosemary and sage to the same skillet with ½ glass of water. When boiling return Galletto to the pan; heat through, turning to coat with glaze.
