Fruit-Stuffed Galletto

Galletto Vallespluga ripieno con composta di frutta


• 2 Galletto Vallespluga
• 1 chopped apple
• 1 chopped pear
• 3,5 oz chopped prune
• 2 bay leaves
• Rosemary
• 2 sage leaves
• Salt, pepper
• Oil
• ½ glass of Brandy
• Butter


Put apple, appear and prunes in a bowl with brandy, salt and pepper. Combine with fingers and let stand for 10 minutes. Spread Galletto with butter (outside and inside), put salt and pepper and stuff them with fruit, sage and rosemary. Put 4 tb spoons of oil in a backing tray, Galletto and all the leftover fruit. Put in the oven for 50 minutes at 392 F, spooning juice from bottom of dish onto the Galletto.
