Ingredients


• 2 Galletto Vallespluga
• 400 g ground beef
• 1 egg
• 2 tablespoons bread crumbs
• 6 green olives
• 1 red onion
• 2 cloves of garlic rose
• salt, pepper to taste
• 1 cup of broth

Description


Prepare the beef in a bowl with an egg, garlic and onion finely chopped, add the bread crumbs, chopped olives, put salt and pepper and mix everything together. After rinsing the Galletto fill them with the mixture and put it in a pan with the broth, bake at 250 degrees for about 1 hour and 20 minutes, turning it from time to time.
